About us
Catarina
Born in the south of Portugal, Catarina moved to Bern in 2021.
With a background in Pharmacy and a post-graduation in Cosmetic Sciences, in 2019, Catarina started her own blog (theskinbalance.com written in Portuguese), with the main goal to help women to understand what benefits they can take from the cosmetic products.
Since she started blogging, Catarina realized how frustrated and lost people felt: overwhelmed for the many options existing with the complicated and non-familiar names.
It is based in this restless willing to detangle theworld of cosmetic products and skincare that Disruptif Beauty was born – a place that helps you understand your skin better!
Adrienn
Born in Hungary, with a background in art management, she turned her hobby into a successful career. With five years of experience as a freelance makeup artist, she primarily works on photoshoots, commercial sets, and video productions.
Her distinctive talent backstage lies in creating a natural, radiant complexion and accentuating femininity without masking her clients' true selves. Notable brands in her client list include global names like Swatch, Dyson, and Clinique.
Her passion for sharing beauty insights knows no bounds, as she keeps no secrets and remains enthusiastically committed to staying updated with the latest trends.
Amal
Amal is a certified Nutrition & Health Coach. Her primary focus is on guiding individuals towards developing mindful eating habits that lead to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
She has a profound passion for cooking and possess a deep understanding of healthy nutrition.
Her journey as a Brain Cyst survivor has led her to view food as a form of medicine. She has found that using the right nutrition for her body could relieve the chronic pain that she was enduring for the last 6 years with pills every day.
Based on her personal experience, she firmly believes that anyone can manage their health challenges by adopting a healthy lifestyle, without resorting to strict diets, and achieve long-lasting, positive changes in their life.
